NC -368 : X axis - Serial Data Error (INT)

The probable causes for this alarm to occur are

               1. Noise
               2. Failure of pulse coder
               3. Broken cable for feedback signal

     Guidance to check the cause:

 1. First check is the interpolation counter (DGN No. 356) is more than 5
 2. If it is more than 5, the alarm is effect of noise. ( In this case noise means a disturbance occurred in the process of signal transfer from pulse coder to amplifier). Probable cause is shielding check the shielding of the cable.
 3. If the DGN No. 356 is not more than 5, then check for the communication alarm counter (FC3D) and (FC5D) more than 3 or not.
 4. If it is more than 3 means the communication cable it self has a problem. check the communication cable with the following drawing. (The cable is A66l-0001-0286 or A660-2005-T505)

The one end of the cable is PCR-E20FS which is connected to the amplifier unit at port name JF1 ECR and the other is JAE (MODEL : A06B-6114-K200/s) connected to the pulse coder at motor end.
