TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY Z - AXIS

                                       The z - axis gives the top and bottom moving support to the spindle head stock.The overall length of the Z - axis ball screw is 1520 mm. and the travelling distance 610 mm. The guides used for all the axis transmission assemblies are high speed linear motion guides by which the power consumption is less and precision movement is achieves.

                                        Also the ball screws are accurately aligned parallel to the guide ways and anchored at both ends. These ball screws are pre-tensioned this improve the machine stiffness,this also achieves accuracy. All X,Y and Z high speed ball screws are lubricates with automatic lubrication system  to improve the life.
